Delivery & Returns

Our lead time is currently 2 weeks. 

Delivery times may change during Christmas and New Year period, and other national bank holidays. Please contact us around these times to check.

Deliveries to the Islands and Northern Ireland are priced on request. Please contact us for a quote.

All cornice will be delivered by door to door courier and requires a signature on receipt.

As our products are often delivered to working sites we will only consider replacement of damaged goods reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 48hrs of being placed, cancellations after this time will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Whilst we aim to have all deliveries arrive at the agreed time and date, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
